Banana Pancake & Whey Protein Chocolate Shake
Ingredients
Banana Pancake
1 large Banana
2 Eggs
PAM (or you can use any low calories oil)
Maple Syrup (optional - unhealthy)
Whey Protein Chocolate Shake
2 tablespoons of Whey Protein Powder (Chocolate)
1.5 cup of Skimmed Milk (you can use Almond Milk instead)
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
9 -10 Ice-Cubes
Steps
First, slice the banana into small pieces and place them into a bowl so that it's easier to mash and mix with the eggs. Followed by cracking 2 eggs into the same bowl.
Now, you may use a whisker or a spoon to mash and combine them together until a thick paste is achieved.
It doesn't matter if there's still bananas in there because it will have a better smell with the bananas. While whisking, heat up your pan in low heat. When it has been heated up, spray in some PAM and start scooping the batter onto the pan.
Ta-daaaaaa, the delicious and yummy banana pancakes are achieved. For more taste or a little cheaty, place 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup on them.
With this recipe, I'm able to make 18-20 small pancakes. I like to make small pancakes as a tiny snake because they need not to be cut and who has ever tried 1 bite pancake? =D
This recipe is inspired by Blogilates (Cassey Ho) who is a fitness blogger and Youtuber that teaches us great workout and clean food recipes.
Here's a picture of her with her banana pancakes using the same recipe.
Tips : You may top up your favorite fruits to fulfill your taste buds or peanut butter.
