Relax Melodies | Application

Hey peeps, how's ya'll doing? These days are quite good for me. I hope you're same as me. Currently I'm planning my coming Hong Kong trip in November/December. Any good suggestions for places to go or food to try and MUST BUY things in Hong Kong? 

Back to our main topic, today is Wednesday which is "application day". These days the weather is not good which makes us more stressful than we usually are. 

To destress ourselves, I think Music is one of the best way to get through it. Hence, I went to App Store and look for a relaxing music app and I've found this absolutely amazing app that can be used daily before sleep. 

This is what they (the producers) claim :

It literally helps me sleep better and relaxes my mind before I sleep. After using this app, my insomnia has been reduced and I have not had any nightmares or waking up in the middle of my sleep.

 It also claims that it improves our health by listening to these music. I couldn't confirm this claim as I'm not any experts.

There are a view range of musics of different types of situations.

 As you can see, there are 50 types of musics that you can mix around with.

This is a few musics combination that I think they're matching and I listen to them almost every single day.

It has different sizes due to different Iphone products Apple has. It suits iphone 4,4s,5,5s and even 6. When you're listening to them and you think you need your screen to be dark and comfortable that suits your lights-off room, you can click on the "clock" button and this will show.

 You can swap around to adjust the brightness and the background view. The brightness can be darker than usual Iphone brightness which is quite dark already.

If you don't have a good combination of musics, you may use the recommended or suggested musics according to your preference. 

 Or you can make your own and save them here. 

As you know the aim of this app is to improve your sleep, but you don't want to waste your battery and keep on playing the musics while you sleep. They concerned about this problem and they have this sort of "auto" closing application settings.

 You can set the "exit app" setting and turn it on. It will automatically switch off the music by itself. Besides, you may also use the alarm setting that is provided in this app. Therefore, you won't be late for school or work on the next day.
