Garcina Cambogia | Fitness Monday

Hey gorgeous, today is fitness Monday, without rambling, let's get to the point cause I know you guys are hyped over this product. 

I believe you had already known a lot of tweets or advertisement already rave about garcina cambogia which is a plant extract that aids in weight loss, they've used a lot of famous singers as their advertising model like Christina Aguilera etc.  

I know people don't usually believe advertisement, so do I, but I really interested in this product because it's a 100% natural weight loss formula. 

Girls, you know yourself, get slim without any sweating is like our most impossible dream ever. Hence, I do give this a try by doing research and headed to a well-known brand - GNC.

This is an American drug selling store which is quite famous in Asia because it has a lot of branches basically in each and every shopping malls.

I did quite some researches by reading comments and explanations from different doctors as well as health gurus. Then, I think it's worth for a try and I found out that GNC is selling this natural remedy which is not quite cheap I would say. It kind of gives me the trustworthy feeling because I don't believe in cheap drugs when it comes to health.

 I would make my review in few categories, as it makes them easier to read.

Packaging 

 It's like a normal drug like a huge tablet which is 2 centimeters in length, 1 capsule is 500mg of Garcina Cambogia. The extract is stored in a transparent casing tube where you can still see the products which is cream-yellowish colored. If you break it up and you can see the Garcina Cambogia extract in a powder form. It has 90 capsules per bottle.

Price 

As I've mentioned earlier, this isn't quite cheap. When I went for this, it was out of stock in every shopping malls near me and I had to leave my number there for booking and eventually it came around 2-3weeks later. As soon as they shelfed this and this went off like crazy. I bought the last 2 bottles that were left there cause they were having sale at 30% on the 2nd product.

For a bottle is MYR 79.90 (USD $24.90) and what I've paid it's only MYR 135.85 (USD $ 41.65). If you want further information or you've decided to give it a go, you can check it out HERE.

Performance

 You'll need to take it in 1 hour before having breakfast hence it'll absorb into our body throughout the day as it only can be taken in once a day(advisible).From what I've read, normal adult can take in 1500mg (3 capsules) per day. It contains high HCA (Hydroxycitric Acid) which helps in digestion. It aids in weight loss and acts as an appetite suppressant and fat metabolism as they claimed. 

For a month user like me, it doesn't react like what they've claimed or raved about. It does help me detox, anti-constipation and feel more awake as well as healthier. It does help my body feels lighter even if I've taken in carbs like rice, breads and biscuits. I do not know whether it's me started working out as well as taking in these or it's the effect of garcina, my weight has gone down by 4-5 kilograms in a month.

Pros 

Body feels lighter (weight has decreased of course), feels healthier, anti-constipation and appetite suppressant as I don't take in sides or snacks between meals. A bonus for this, it does not have side effects after taking in for a month and my body does not back to the beginning stage as my body weight is maintained while I'm not taking that. 

Cons 

 Once the tube casing has broken, it has a super strong taste, I guess it's just the taste of garcina extract. The tablet is too big to swallow. 

Will I repurchase?

I'm not sure whether there's any further aids to my body if my body get used to this so I'm taking a month break and take in another bottle for a month later to see the further effects so stay tuned. =D

It's Friday night, where is the party babe? It's Friday which means it's a beauty day where after reading this you could get to the products right away on the weekends.

As you might have seen on the title, the products I'd be reviewing today is from Elianto (ELIANTO).

Let's get a little details about the company. First of all I just noticed this brand few months ago since January where I saw their "sale" in a shopping mall. FYI, they literally have sale all year long but of course the sale are different products.

I wouldn't say it's a Malaysia brand because most of their products are imported from other countries like Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Korea. The products I have always preferred in this company is from Italy. 

Elianto's products range are skin care, cosmetics, body care, hair care, nail care, beauty accessories and fragrance with the MOST reasonable price you could ever get from drugstore/high street to high end products especially when they have huge sale.

How I came across this brand? 

One day I was searching for a hand cream/lotion from Asian beauty shops (Etude House, Holika Holika, Nature Republic etc) to Western beauty shops (Sephora, The Body Shop) or drugstores (Watsons, Guardian).

 I, personally, would like to try out the products before I purchase them especially for skin care or body lotion that could last for a long time.

 I've seen a lot of people raved about The Body Shop's hand cream, when I went to try it on and leave it for 5 minutes when I walked around the shop to see some other products, it does not absorb as quickly as what the beauty gurus raved.

This shop in the shopping mall has caught my eyes with the greatest deal. First, of course I went for the hand cream. It absorbs instantly and after 5 minutes, it leaves no greasiness and the results are shown instantly which makes this my GO-TO hand cream now.

They come in 4 different scents : Cherry, Jasmine, Melon and Sakura.
I've owned 3 of the scents other than cherry because it is always out of stock. After using them, I found out that the Sakura hand cream and the best and unique scent, of course the packaging is Pink which is a bonus for this.

You can find the hand creams HERE. I believe they deliver internationally. What is better than discounts? They arer having 50% sale on these products now.

It is made in Korea, as you know Koreans are all about the benefits for skin in a single tube, this is enriched with Vitamin E, olive oil, shea butter etc, ingredients that are beneficial for your skin.

I've gone through the initial 3 tubes which is the Jasmine, Melon and Sakura. I've bought three of them for RM18 (US $5.53) when it's on sale. One tube can last for 2-3months depend on your usage. Then, I bought 2 other tubes as shown in the photo for RM 21 (US $6.45). It is relatively cheap as you compare to the quality for what you paid for.

 Packaging (30ml)

Easy to use like toothpaste, perfectly sealed as the cream won't spill out of the tube.

Price

For the amount you get, divide to 2-3months, it's only $1.60/month which is amazing.

Performance

Excellence, instant results shown.

Pros

Instant moisturize, instant results shown, cheap, lots and lots of benefits in it. (Check the link provided above)

Cons

The tube cannot be exposed to sunlight, the creams will melt because of the butter/oil in the ingredients.

Repurchasing

A definite YES.

What else I've discovered? 

  I've gone back to the shop and I was interested to the translucent powder which comes in a mirrored case as shown in the photograph.

It is a natural and mineral translucent powder which is good for your skin. It can not be seen on my NC20-25 skin. I have sensitive and combination skin. You can check them out at HERE.

I have used this for 2-3months and it has not broke me up. This is from Italy, which I've said earlier, the preferred country's products. One compact will last you for a life time I guess, for the daily usage of 2-3months, I've only used not even 0.5mm dent. 

It also has 50% discount when I bought this which is MYR 21.50 (USD $6.60). It definitely has no coverage but it is good in absorbing oil. It will not leave a cakey appearance on my face which is a good thing. 

Packaging (10g)

Normal compact packaging comes with a velvet soft sponge, easy to bring along.

Price

You get what you pay.

Performance

 Works like a normal compact. 

Pros

Oil absorbing, Leaves no cakey, Cheap, Sticks on skin very well.

Cons

If you have pores and without using any pore filling base, this will fall into the pores. 

Repurchasing

Maybe, because I don't think I can finish this.

 Beauty Accessories

Makeup brushes are widely promoted these days, they good ones which mostly high-end and they are very expensive obviously. I've came across their brushes which make my makeup better these days.

 They are very soft and makeup are applied evenly using them.

 Currently, I've used them for quite some time, I am not sure when I started using this but I'm sure I've used them for months.

For 1, 2 and 4 brushes, I think they're absolutely amazing but for brush 3 I think it wouldn't be a good blending brush because the brush hair is falling off each time I cleaned them.

Packaging

Normal brush size and the brush are in dark brown color. The holder is smooth black colored. 

Price

You get what you pay.

Performance

 Brushes 1, 2 and 4 work amazing. But not for brush 3.

Pros

They are easy to use, the brushes hold on to the holder very well except brush 3.

Cons

The dirtiness of the brush is hard to determined because the tip are in dark brown.

Repurchasing

No, because I would like to try out new brushes.

Online Purchase Launch

Recently, they have launched online purchasing and they give you a voucher once you've signed up. I've received MYR 15 off from my purchase as well as free delivery.

 This package arrived earlier than it's stated in the T&C. I've made my payment on Wednesday evening and I received this on Friday morning but in T&C they say I'll be receiving within 3-7days which I'll give a big thumbs up for their service.

Besides, the products are neatly wrapped with plastic bubbles where you can have the satisfaction of popping them, I would give this point a second thumbs up.

Thirdly, as you may have seen it in the photo above, they always have a surprise in the box. I also get another MYR 20 off from my next purchase using the code given on the paper, lots and lots of thumbs up for this point.

 The makeup wipes which they said is the MOST-pickup beauty product in their shops are the surprise they mentioned in the letter that sent to me with this package.

It makes my skin squiky clean after using and it's moisturizing as well because one of the major ingredient is Aloe Vera which is massively used these days because it is extremely good for our skin.

Other than that, the products I've bought is shown in the photos below.

Lip liners (Red and Pink) and lip gloss (Peachy Shea Butter)

FYI, these swatches I just applied one time to show you guys the pigmentation. Both of the lip liners are packaged like color pencils and the pigmentation is better than color pencils. =D

I think you can just use them when you lack of that color pencil. The application is very smooth and it's very blendable.

Here is a photograph of my lips with the peachy lip gloss.

I apologized for my spoty skin it is post blemish scars because humans aren't perfect creatures, I appreciate my spotiness. =P

 I would say this is nude for pinkish brown lips.It leaves no sticky on your lips and it doesn't have the sticky, saliva like liquid when you opened your mouth.

Both of the products are from Italy as well.

Packaging

Absolutely adorable, lip liner literally looks like color pencil. The lip gloss is 

like princessy packaging which is very cute in my opinion.

Price

I've only paid USD $7.70 for all of these including the lip balm I'm going to show you guys later. 

Performance

The lip liners are very pigmented like a real color pencil. Lip gloss does not feel sticky 

and it looks amazing when I put it on as shown in the picture above.

Pros

They are easy to use, very pigmented, relatively cheap and very smooth 

when you put them on.

Cons

There isn't a lot of color to choose from these two series of products.

Repurchasing

Yes when the sale/deal is on again.

Extreme moisturizing lip balm in Olive.

This comes in 3 tastes I should say : shea butter, olive and chocolate. I don't like to eat olives but the taste of this lip balm is amazing.

I usually apply this before my moisturizer and right after I've finished applying my face moisturizer, it is mostly absorbed into my lips and you'll feel the soft smooth lips.

 Packaging

Same as normal packaging of a lip balm. 

Price

It is a lot cheaper when you buy 3 in a pack.  

Performance

This is very smooth and it smells nice without any additional fragrance. It does not leave your lips sticky. They should name themselves : chap-no-more. =D

I've applied it on my lips when I put on my lip gloss on the picture above.

Pros

Easy to use, put on smoothly, chap lips are gone, absorbs very well. 

Cons

The chocolate flavor has a very strong scent, preferably more long lasting.

Repurchasing

Yes when the sale/deal is on again.

To destress ourselves, I think Music is one of the best way to get through it. Hence, I went to App Store and look for a relaxing music app and I've found this absolutely amazing app that can be used daily before sleep. 

This is what they (the producers) claim :

It literally helps me sleep better and relaxes my mind before I sleep. After using this app, my insomnia has been reduced and I have not had any nightmares or waking up in the middle of my sleep.

 It also claims that it improves our health by listening to these music. I couldn't confirm this claim as I'm not any experts.

There are a view range of musics of different types of situations.

 As you can see, there are 50 types of musics that you can mix around with.

This is a few musics combination that I think they're matching and I listen to them almost every single day.

It has different sizes due to different Iphone products Apple has. It suits iphone 4,4s,5,5s and even 6. When you're listening to them and you think you need your screen to be dark and comfortable that suits your lights-off room, you can click on the "clock" button and this will show.

 You can swap around to adjust the brightness and the background view. The brightness can be darker than usual Iphone brightness which is quite dark already.

If you don't have a good combination of musics, you may use the recommended or suggested musics according to your preference. 

 Or you can make your own and save them here. 

As you know the aim of this app is to improve your sleep, but you don't want to waste your battery and keep on playing the musics while you sleep. They concerned about this problem and they have this sort of "auto" closing application settings.

 You can set the "exit app" setting and turn it on. It will automatically switch off the music by itself. Besides, you may also use the alarm setting that is provided in this app. Therefore, you won't be late for school or work on the next day.
